Fotografiska catering
We provide catering for all events held in the building, prepared by our in-house kitchens and bakery. As part of the event planning process, we work closely with you to understand your catering needs and preferences, designing menus, beverages, and schedules accordingly.
Our culinary approach focuses on local, seasonal flavors, and we are deeply committed to sustainability, as well as the origin and story behind our ingredients. We are also available for off-site catering beyond Fotografiska.
When organizing an event with us, we kindly encourage you to keep sustainability in mind:
• Instead of single-use cut flowers, opt for potted plants or natural branches and grasses. We have plenty of these in-house, feel free to stop by for a coffee and see for yourself.
• To create atmosphere, make use of the venue’s built-in floor-to-ceiling lighting, which is included in the room rental. This can replace confetti, artificial snow, fireworks, and balloons. If balloons are used at all, they should be truly biodegradable.
• We do not provide single-use straws or cutlery. Any tableware leaving the premises comes from our reusable dishware partner.
• We generally ask that floors are not covered with carpeting. If necessary, please ensure it is not single-use. Carpets of the same size and color can be reused, you’ll be taking them with you anyway.
• Our stage is covered with a carpet made of numbered modules that we maintain regularly. If it needs to be temporarily removed, this must be agreed upon in advance and the additional time cost will be priced separately.
• For branding and messaging, we recommend using the stage screens. We also encourage creating materials and photo walls designed to last beyond a single evening.
• Please aim to minimize packaging waste. We are happy to advise on proper waste sorting if needed.
• All catering for events in our venue is provided in-house. Our menus are primarily plant-based, with the option to add animal products upon request.
• For gifts and tokens of appreciation, we recommend thoughtful flavors and memorable experiences.
