The event hall, backyard, and café are all interconnected areas on the ground floor, where larger and smaller events can be held. An experienced in-house team will be the event planning partner for all events, arranging everything from food to technical aspects and advising on tailor-made solutions. The catering for events is provided by the in-house kitchen and bakery team, known for their delicious and sustainable approach.

Event Hall | 1st Floor

A spacious hall with floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings is suitable for a variety of event setups, from theater-style conferences to standing receptions, from café-style conversations to formal dinners at banquet tables. We welcome gatherings of all sizes and offer suitable solutions for each event according to its needs.

The hall is equipped with a stage, extensive audio, lighting, and presentation technology, a soundboard, and furniture needed for seminars and catering. The space can be rented separately or combined with the café and backyard options. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are rich in permanent and seasonal greenery, creating a cozy atmosphere. The urban vibe of the floor inspires the organization of memorable gatherings.

The event hall, café area, and backyard are interconnected areas on the ground floor of the building, with a total area of approximately 700m².

For events in the hall that require extensive catering, we can use the café area, and in favorable weather, the backyard can be included. Cozy atmosphere is created with canopies and light chains. In every season, floor-to-ceiling windows allow daylight and spaciousness, and the space can be divided into different activity and event areas.

Fotografiska | Entire Building

On rare and exceptional occasions, the entire Fotografiska building, with all its four floors, can be booked for private events. Groups, activity areas, good food, and drinks are distributed across the restaurant and terrace floors, exhibitions, café, hall, and backyard, accommodating up to 1,000 guests for a standing event.

This unique opportunity for corporate events or weddings is a true bespoke experience, born out of long and meaningful planning with the in-house organizing team.

Fotografiska x Von Krahl Theatre | Telliskivi Creative City

For large-scale events, additional event spaces and outdoor areas in the campus can be utilized alongside Fotografiska's facilities. For instance, the areas on the 1st floor of Fotografiska can be connected to the halls of our neighbors, Von Krahl Theatre and Sõltumatu Tantsulava, through the backyard or the square in front of the building, allowing for events where, for example, a theater-style ceremony takes place in one hall and a standing reception for several hundred guests in another.
