We believe in utilizing every bit of raw material. So that nothing is wasted. Nada, or nothing, is both the starting point and the end result. Our aim is to inspire guests – to offer great flavors, a different kind of experience, and food for thought. We want to seek answers. We want to raise new questions. But above all, we want to provide an experience that is not only sustainable but also memorable.

Restaurant, terrace & rooftop bar | 6th floor
A restaurant located on the top floor, offering a 360-degree view of the city and sustainable culinary delights, combines an open kitchen dining area, a rooftop bar, and the more private Nada room for private gatherings.
During the summer, guests can enjoy fresh air on the rooftop garden and terrace that surround the entire restaurant, which can be booked for private breakfast, lunch, or dinner events throughout the year, offering excellent sustainable flavors made from seasonal and local ingredients.
The restaurant's efforts in gastronomy and sustainability have been recognized with the Michelin Green Star for three consecutive years and high ratings in the Falstaff Restaurant Guide Nordic 2024.
