The rooftop bar
Tastes with a view
The drink curation at Fotografiska is born from nature, carrying the brightest flavours of the season. Fresh and vibrant taste nuances blend with playful textures, highlighting the uniqueness of each drink and the craftsmanship of our cocktail creators.
These thoroughly seasonal flavour combinations remain on the menu for just a few weeks, then make way for new surprises. As long as rhubarb is at its brightest, peas at their freshest, or the pantry still hides the last infusion of summer, each of them will find its way into the glass. Even the by-products of our café and restaurant find a place behind the bar – whether it’s the punchy kimchi juice left from fermenting kimchi or pea pods remaining after the kitchen has picked the peas for the plate. These ingredients are transformed into drinks that give new life to flavours that might otherwise go unused.
The rooftop bar menu is curated by Regor Siiner and Artur Pärtel – Fotografiska’s true drink magicians, capable of turning even an ordinary dandelion into something unforgettable.

Summer 2026
Summer on the Fotografiska rooftop is vibrant, ever-moving and honestly unlike anywhere else. The rooftop terrace moves to the rhythm of the sun, the skyline melts into greenery, and life above the city slips into a slow summer haze. On Friday evenings, the 6th floor welcomes Fotografiska Night Shift – with DJs playing on the rooftop, exhibitions open until midnight, and the shifting colours above the city creating a different atmosphere every night.
This summer’s menu brings back several drinks that have become Fotografiska favourites over the years. The luscious sweet-and-sour duet of rhubarb kissel and gin, the umami depth of paprika and cherry plum, and the fresh sour born from pea pods and mint are just a few examples of the playful approach behind the menu – drinks designed to refresh the senses and keep conversations flowing.

Non-alcoholic drinks are far from an afterthought. Blueberry and rhubarb throw a party in the glass, while dealcoholised white wine gets a vibrant lift from sea buckthorn, topped with a sweet dandelion foam floating above.
There are also plenty of classics worth returning for: the barrel-aged Bergroni – Fotografiska’s take on a Negroni made with Von Berg gin, known for its smooth and rounded character – and the espresso martini, perfect as a dessert at the end of the evening. The menu also features a carefully curated selection of Estonian gins, craft beers and rare bottles from around the world, offering something for whisky lovers, cognac enthusiasts and alcohol-free drink seekers alike.
The summer favourite Aperol Spritz is prepared the way it should be made – with the proper amount of Aperol in the glass, just as intended.
The rooftop bar is a place to slow down both during the day and late into the evening. During the summer season, the bar and restaurant are open from Wednesday to Sunday starting at noon. In addition to the restaurant’s à la carte menu, the bar menu features lighter snacks perfect for sharing or pairing with drinks.
