Nature is enigmatic. Strong and noble, yet fragile and fleeting. Tamed or wild, groomed or untouched, influenced and altered by humans. Bright and beautiful, yet simultaneously dark and ominous. It is a sacred refuge from which all has evolved. In the exhibition "In Bloom", the awe-inspiring meets the delicate, the beautiful encounters the dangerous, and the familiar confronts the unknown.

Discover and unveil the mysteries of nature: From August 1 to 31, 2024, we invite everyone to photograph wild faces in nature. We highly value your own interpretation of the theme “Wild Faces,” using it as a source of inspiration and symbolic power.

Photos taken with both cameras and phones are welcome. When a wild face reveals itself, capture it immediately – don't let it slip away.

We share the most inspiring works on Fotografiska Tallinn's own channels.

Photo Hunt “Wild Faces” 1.–31.08.2024

2. PRINT YOUR MOMENT ON THE WALL

All photo hunt participants are offered a special discount by our exhibition partner, Craftrag, to professionally print their “Wild Faces” artwork. Craftrag is a studio specializing in large-format art printing and framing – each artist's file becomes a beautiful masterpiece.

When photographing with a phone, ensure the resolution is set to the maximum capability (on iPhone: settings --> camera --> formats).

Nature calls. It calls to all of us. We are incredibly fortunate to be able to see the sun shimmering through the leaves, feel the immense power of the tides, witness the sunset every day, and breathe the fresh air after a rain shower. – climate activist Xiye Bastida
