Michelin Green Star x 3: Three Head Chefs, One Dinner – Stockholm x Tallinn x Maidla

3rd of June 19.00

Michelin Green Star

We’ve been dreaming about this dinner for a long time. At Fotografiska, we’ve always sought to spark conversations that haven’t yet been had — and this evening is no exception. For one extraordinary night, we’re bringing together the culinary visions of three Michelin Green Star restaurants to kick off the summer season in a truly exceptional and unprecedented way.

The kitchen will be led by a trio of remarkable chefs: Gerli Travkin (Head Chef of Fotografiska Tallinn), Martin Wall (Head Chef of Fotografiska Stockholm), and Karoliina Jaakkola (Head Chef of Soo Restaurant at Maidla Manor).

Expect a 6-course menu offering at least 10 distinctive flavour combinations. The menu highlights seasonal ingredients, collaborative creativity, and signature dishes that reflect the unique character of each restaurant.

The culinary journey will be complemented by a carefully curated drink pairing — a selection of wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages matched to each dish by our sommeliers. The drink package is priced at €54.

Guests are also invited to round off the evening with an exclusive late-night visit to Fotografiska’s exhibitions, open until midnight especially for dinner attendees. A special exhibition ticket is available for €10.

The Michelin Green Star recognises restaurants committed to world-class sustainable gastronomy. Fotografiska Tallinn and Fotografiska Stockholm have held the star since 2020, with Soo Restaurant joining in 2024. Championing sustainable food culture is a mission we all share at heart.

Gerli Travkin / Fotografiska Tallinn

Gerli Travkin, the Head Chef of Fotografiska restaurant, draws inspiration from the richness of global cuisines and the art of blending local ingredients with diverse culinary traditions. Passionate about root vegetables, Gerli sees the season as a true culinary festival—where fresh produce transforms into playful, vibrant dishes.

Karoliina Jaakkola / Head Chef of Soo Restaurant at Maidla Manor

Karoliina Jaakkola is a talented Finnish chef who crafts exquisite, highly acclaimed flavours at SOO Restaurant in Maidla Nature Resort. She places great value on sustainability — both in the dishes she creates and in nurturing a healthy work environment.

For me, cooking is creating. It's about playing with the familiar and exploring the yet-to-be-discovered. Cooking means being curious — having an ever-growing hunger to learn something more. – Karoliina Jaakkola
