On 13 September, Fotografiska will host a Farmer’s Market, bringing together the autumn harvest, Estonian farms and small producers, and the people whose ingredients make their way into our kitchen.
Our courtyard will transform into a real farmers’ market, the café will serve a special autumn pop-up menu, and throughout the day we’ll share practical kitchen wisdom on how to make all this goodness last a little longer.

And if we’re already putting autumn into jars, why not think a few months ahead? Christmas may still be a little way off, but now is the perfect time to start making a good Christmas schnaps.
At 14:00, Fotografiska bartender Artur Pärtel will bring out the berries, spices and bottles and show you how to bottle a Christmas gift that can spend the coming months slowly developing its flavour.
During the workshop, you’ll learn how to make a great homemade schnaps and which flavours work particularly well together. Choose your favourite berries and spices, create your own recipe, and bottle your creation to take home.
