Fotografiska Night Shift
Friday, April 11, 8 PM–12 AM. After that Night Shift runs every Friday from April 25 at the same time.
Fotografiska Night Shift – Friday late nights, museum style
Ever dreamed of spending a night at the museum? Looking for a new way to spend your Friday evening? Had dinner but not ready to head home yet? Or maybe you want to show your friends a cooler side of Tallinn?
Starting this April, Fotografiska Night Shift transforms the museum into a late-night experience every Friday. Beyond regular opening hours, we’ll stay open until midnight—welcoming both spontaneous drop-ins and carefully planned hangouts, whether you're in the mood for deep reflection or just a good time. When the city slows down, we shift into a different rhythm.
Late nights, the museum takes on a new vibe: the lights dim, the music gets a little louder, the drinks a bit bolder. Conversations flow differently in front of the photos—and who knows, surprises may be in store. On Friday nights, the Elliott Erwitt exhibition hall also hosts a cozy, pop-up bar. Settle in and see where the night takes you.
The experience continues on the 6th floor with our restaurant and rooftop bar, where a DJ spins until 1 AM. As soon as the weather allows, we’ll open the rooftop terrace too—for music, warm evenings, and unforgettable views.
Night Shift kicks off on Friday, April 11 from 8 PM to midnight. After that, we’re on every Friday from April 25, same time. Exhibition tickets during Night Shift are €10. Extend your night at our rooftop bar until 1 AM with DJ beats in the background.
