Every Friday, Fotografiska enters the Night Shift
From 20:00, the museum takes on a different mood – the lights dim, the music turns up, the drinks get a little bolder, and entry is just €10, with the museum staying open until midnight.
Draped in night, the museum invites both spontaneous and carefully planned visits – whether you're after an atmospheric wander or a thought-provoking deep dive into art. Late-night explorers and weekend starters can enjoy a different kind of art experience in the exhibition halls. Stay alert – the Night Shift loves surprises, and you never know what mischief the evening might bring.
Continue your night upstairs in our 6th-floor restaurant and rooftop bar, open usually until 1 AM. In late spring and summer, we open the rooftop terrace too – for music, warm evenings, and unforgettable views.
Music in the exhibition hall on Friday evenings has been curated by Maris Pihlap, Kristopher Luigend, NOËP, and Shepard Fairey
* Exhibitions open until midnight – Night Shift ticket €10. Available online or at the museum (from 20:00). During special events, ordinary Night Shift tickets is not valid.
* Free entry for Fotografiska Membership (except when a special ticketed event is taking place).
* Guests can access the restaurant directly via lift from the exhibition hall, creating two pathways into the dining space. In both cases, please wait to be seated by our staff.

* Rooftop bar open: Fridays, 18:00–01:00. No reservation needed.
