South African stories through art, food and wine
November 5, 19:00
Fotografiska invites guests to a special South African-inspired dinner on 5 November at 19:00, celebrating the upcoming exhibition “Le Sale ka Kgotso” by contemporary artist Lebohang Kganye.
The family-style dinner will explore South African culture through stories of food and wine, with wine expert Vaho Klaamann sharing his 35 years of experience with the region. A specially curated menu by Fotografiska’s head chef Gerli Travkin will be paired with a selection of South African wines.
The evening will conclude with an exclusive guided tour of Kganye’s exhibition, led by the artist herself, before it opens to the public. The event offers a unique opportunity to experience South African art, cuisine, and wine together around one shared table.
