Join us as we celebrate a decade of funk, soul, and disco affairs at Fotografiska, surrounded by the works of world-renowned photographer Anton Corbijn, in a party space created especially for the occasion. Founded in 2016, Estonian Funk Embassy grew out of concert promotion and the management services for artists such as Lexsoul Dancemachine and Estrada Orchestra. Over the years, the roster has expanded to include The Motown Sound, Doktor Normal, Rita Ray, Silky Steps, Haldi & ans Flamingo, RETI, and many others.
DJ nights, a radio show, a record label, Tallinn Music Week showcase, collaborations with festivals, and special projects ranging from orchestral tours to a televised festival all form part of the story of this music house. For its work and activities, Funk Embassy has been recognized twice as Record Label of the Year, and once each as Music Company of the Year and Management of the Year.
