Fotografiska DrinkLab: Cocktails from Local Harvests
12 & 26 November at 19:00
On two November evenings, Fotografiska’s cocktail curator Regor will take you on a journey where drinks draw inspiration straight from Estonian fields, gardens, and forests.
Forget lemons and limes – here you’ll learn how to replace tropical zest with local sparkle: think sea buckthorn, apple, juniper, blackcurrant, and other homegrown stars.
Together, we’ll craft five unique cocktails, mix, taste, experiment, and discover why some flavors just click.
You’ll leave with tips to make your home bar a few degrees more exciting – and maybe a small surprise too.

Fotografiska DrinkLab: The Wine Council

This November and December, we’ll turn the spotlight on wine – but this isn’t your typical wine lecture. Welcome to the Fotografiska Wine Council, where wine turns into stories, stories into laughter, and evenings into lasting memories.
Fotografiska’s head sommelier Kristjan will open both bottles and conversations: you’ll hear how the Fotografiska team created their own blends with Weingut Dexheimer in Germany, how wines are paired with dishes at the restaurant, and why great wine is born from collaboration, not coincidence.
In your glass: one cava, two whites, and two reds – paired with flavor notes that make your palate search for answers: sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, umami.
We’ll explore how to choose the right glass, when to decant, and of course, how to open a bubbly bottle with flair or finesse.
In short: we’ll enjoy wine, learn a little, laugh a lot, and maybe even sabrage.
